The first comic our founder picked up, World’s Finest 247, sparked a lifelong passion for the genre that continues to this day. However, despite this love, the current state of superhero comics has left something to be desired. This is where X53 Studios comes in. We are dedicated to bringing back the excitement and thrill of classic superhero stories, offering a fresh take on the genre that fans have come to know and love.

Our flagship series, Arachna, introduces readers to an urban superhero with spider powers of mysterious origin. By day, the superhero is a timid college student named Jennie Janus, but by night, she transforms into the extroverted Arachna, ready to take on gene-spliced serial killers, mad scientists, and super-powered ninjas. In the sequel, "The Most Dangerous Game," Arachna finds herself in a jungle, facing off against Jaecar, a hunter who wants to hunt superhumans.

Expanding on the X53 universe, "Goshawk and Falconet" is a book that follows the adventures of a married couple who fight crime in Los Angeles. Our books are a love letter to the things that have influenced us in comics, television, and movies, and we aim to bring back the excitement and thrill of classic superhero stories for fans old and new.
