Refund policy

We do not accept refunds for graphic novels or comics purchased through X53 Studios, except in cases where the product has been damaged during shipping. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition, but unfortunately, accidents can happen during the shipping process.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to replace the damaged item as soon as possible, free of charge.
